Flexible working

We will take on server management for any period you wish. We have many customers who use us when key staff go on holiday, for example; or we can step in as backup should your primary administrator not be available. We are happy to manage any number of servers on short term or long term arrangements.

Seamless integration

We'll take over the running of your server and adminster it 24/7. If it's a new installation, we'll talk to you about how you want it configured and ensure it will work just how you want it to. Once we're monitoring the server, you can continue using it just how you need it - safe in the knowledge that we'll be at the other end of the phone if you have any queries or concerns.

Constant monitoring

We'll monitor your Linux server and its key services, 24/7. As soon as a problem is discovered, we'll find out where the problem is and take the necessary steps to minimise your downtime. If we need to, we'll liase with your hosting provider or datacentre staff, keeping you informed every step of the way, leaving you to concentrate on your business while we solve the problem at hand.

Security

Your server will be configured for maximum security, but in the Linux environment, new exploits and bugs are frequently being discovered. By maintaining your server, updating it whenever necessary, you'll have peace of mind that your server is always well protected from threats.

Optimisations

As your business grows you might find your server becomes less effective. We'll advise on performance tuning for software and hardware and, when your business grows, we'll be happy to advise on your upgrade path then migrating services, ensuring your business always runs smoothly.
