Quality Facilities

We only choose high specification sites for our colocation racks, such as Bluesquare Maidenhead and sites at London Docklands. Cheaper sites might not offer the quality and diversity of bandwidth, and the consistent level of onsite support that can be provided in higher quality data centres.

Both our colocation facilities benefit from fast, redundant links to major exchange points such as LINX and LONAP. Recent testing reveals low latency, less than 2ms to LINX - this guarantees you fast, responsive service - especially for voice and gaming servers!

We know that you want technical staff available at a moment's notice should there be any problem with your server. Our colocation sites have multiple staff on call 24/7 and they'll be ready to help as soon as you need them.

Highly secure colocation facilities

Our facilities are highly secure with 24/7 onsite security and full access controls. All visits must be prebooked and photographic ID must be provided. Access to each rack is strictly controlled and full records are kept of equipment taken in and out.

Bandwidth and service provisioning

Our racks are connected with multiple fibre links to our distribution network. High quality routers are configured in a redundant fashion to ensure that in the event of hardware failure we still keep you connected. Our network infrastructure is provided by enterprise-level brands such as Cisco and Extreme Networks. We're happy to show you around our facilities any time. Redundancy

Whilst we are hosting your server or website and any redundancy in that respect is down to you, we know and make it our business to proactively protect the services we provide to you in the most important area, bandwidth provision.

Each cabinet is connected by two diverse routes into our distribution network, ensuring that if a piece of hardware fails or a cabling problem occurs, our network compensates and your equipment says online.
