| Do I have to come to the datacentre to install my server? |

A1isp has customers who are located all over the UK, and some even live in Europe! You can colocate your server with us and never have to visit the datacentre. InstallationWe are able to receive servers via courier and install them for you. We can receive servers straight from the manufacturer or supplier - in which case, we'll connect up an IP-based KVM so you can build and configure your server remotely, or you can supply the server to us preconfigured. MaintenanceIf your machine is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we can arrange for engineer visits to be handled 24/7. If your machine is not covered by warranty we can provide basic maintenance contracts or you can arrange a third party company for cover. Reboots, Remote Hands and KVMDatacentre staff are at the facility 24/7 and can carry out reboots at any time. If the job requires hands-on support then we can connect up a IP-based KVM and you can administer the server, anywhere in the world, as if you were sat in front of it. You can also optionally make use of a IP-based power switch, allowing you to perform reboots at any time without having to involve us. |
