Both our colocation facilities have dedicated staff ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. If your colocated server crashes, needs rebooting or needs disks or tapes swapped, it's no hassle at all. Just email, call or raise a ticket on our portal - we'll do the rest. We'll automatically direct the staff to our equipment and they'll soon have you back up and running. We'll manage the staff to ensure your request is actioned efficiently and quickly.
Limitless access to your Colocated equipment - and remote KVM too
Not only will we give you 24/7 unlimited free access to your  equipment, any accompaniment will not be required either. Our security ensures only confirmed, registered guests may visit our locked suite - of which you will be one. Our sites have convenient parking and easy access from major transport routes. Furthermore, you'll be able to work on your equipment as you please. From October 2008 we'll have an IP-based KVM that you can book, so if it's a simple fix you need to make, save yourself the journey, book the KVM and do the work from the office or from home!
