Many hosts give great prices, connect you to a 10/100 "small office" 24 port switches with a 100mps uplink to a provider that has them on a "low priority" routing. When utilization is high, so are your ping speeds and thus your services to your customers are effected. Still, it was a few pounds a month cheaper right?

Our network infrastructure is provided by enterprise-level brands such as Cisco and Extreme Networks.

Our racks are connected with multiple fibre links to our distribution network. High quality routers are configured in a redundant fashion to ensure that in the event of hardware failure we still keep you connected. We are not inflating the facts, this is real, installed and you are welcome to inspect at any time. Ask our peers if you can do the same with their installations.

Quality of Service

Rather than bulking it all together, our customers services are placed on separate Vlans to ensure other services are not effected and lose quality. What does that mean? VoIP is given highest priority and will route in preference to anything else. However, Web and gaming data is also given portions of bandwidth which very rarely get breached. The result for you? Unlike any other provider, you will share your bandwidth with like for like services and see virtually no degradation in service quality at any time.

Redundancy

Whilst we are hosting your server or website and any redundancy in that respect is down to you, we know and make it our business to proactively protect the services we provide to you in the most important area, bandwidth provision.
