Measuring true power usage

Our colocation packages includes half an amp of power as standard. You might look at the specifications of your server and see it has a maximum power supply rating of 300W, 500W or more; this does not mean your server needs the equivalent power allocated to it. Most servers draw a lot less than the maximum rating of the power supply. For more information see our FAQ section on your server's power consumption.

Our customers always have the ability to burst to port speed at any time. Coupled with the fact your equipment will be directly connected to a switch with plenty of spare capacity, you'll have superfast, quality bandwidth that will not degrade no matter what time of day it is.

Remote hands staff available 24/7 for all colocation customers

Both our colocation facilities have dedicated staff ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. If your colocated server crashes, needs rebooting or needs disks or tapes swapped, it's no hassle at all. Just email, call or raise a ticket on our portal - we'll do the rest. We'll automatically direct the staff to our equipment and they'll soon have you back up and running. We'll manage the staff to ensure your request is actioned efficiently and quickly.

Limitless access to your Colocated equipment - and remote KVM too

You'll be able to visit your colocated equipment whenever you need. Site security ensures only confirmed, registered guests may visit our locked suite - and you will be one of them. Our sites have convenient parking and easy access from major transport routes. Furthermore, you'll be able to work on your equipment as you please. You can book an IP-based KVM, so if it's a simple fix you need to make, save yourself the journey, book the KVM and do the work from home or office!
